We look forward to having you present at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon + Open Source Summit China 2023! Below you will find all logistical details needed to prepare as a speaker.

Please read and abide by our code of conduct, which is strictly enforced. We ask that speakers especially review and are careful to be inclusive in the words and images used during their presentation.

• 所有演讲者在演讲期间必须自备计算机、HDMI适配器和与中国兼容的电源适配器。

All talks will be recorded and uploaded to our CNCF Youtube Channel within two weeks after the event.

For breakout sessions, lightning talks, and tutorials only:

• All speakers must supply their own computer, HDMI adapter, and Chinese-compatible power adapters to use during their sessions. 
• An AV tech in the room will be available before and during your presentation. Please visit the Audio Visual (AV) table at least 15 minutes before your presentation time in order to receive your microphone and to connect your laptop. 
• Breakout rooms will include a screen, projector, and (2) wireless microphones.
• Please repeat any questions asked during Question+Answer so they are audible on the recording.
• We recommend viewing seasoned CNCF speaker Bart Farell’s in-depth speaker training video and accompanying guide ahead of traveling to the event.

All current protocols are subject to change should there be a change if local municipality and health agency guidelines indicate or require that they should change. We will do everything we can to provide any updates as early as possible.

从上海跨国采购会展中心到POP将提供交通服务，开始时间为17:30，最后一班车将在18:30离开。从POP出发，将提供前往华邑酒店上海长风公园的交通服务。最后一班班车将在20:30离开POP。

You are invited Tuesday evening to meet with fellow speakers and VIP attendees. Be sure to pick up your badge by 17:00 in order to be admitted to the reception.

• Location: POP American Brasserie and Bar | 7/F, Three on the Bund

Transportation will be provided from the Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Center of International Sourcing to POP beginning at 17:30 with the last shuttle departing at 18:30. Departures from POP will be available to the HUALUXE Shanghai Changfeng Park. The last shuttle will depart POP at 20:30.
